Will I be able to see & hear in operating theatre with spinal ?
A cloth screen is used to shield the operating site, so you will not see the operation unless you want to. Your anaesthetist is always near to you and you can speak to him or her whenever you want to.
OT is often a busy place, with staff bustling to get ready for your surgery and noises echoing around. Sometimes music may be playing. You can listen to your own music or ask for none at all.
